Duration

5 Days - 4 Nights

Safari Overview

Discover the diversity of Kenya’s landscapes and wildlife on this 5-day safari through Aberdare National Park, the unique Samburu Game Reserve, and the scenic beauty of Mount Kenya National Park. This well-balanced itinerary blends cool mountain forests, arid northern plains, and Kenya’s second-highest peak for an unforgettable adventure off the beaten path.

Begin your journey in the lush forests of Aberdare, where misty highlands are home to elephants, buffalo, and elusive leopards — and where tree lodges offer a rare chance to observe wildlife at floodlit waterholes.

Continue north to Samburu, a starkly beautiful reserve along the Ewaso Nyiro River, known for its distinctive “Samburu Special Five”: Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, beisa oryx, and gerenuk. With fewer crowds and excellent sightings of predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards, Samburu offers a more exclusive safari feel.
